Hemerocallis 'Sweet Tart'

Common Name: Daylily

Delightful pie crust ruffles line the edges of this large flowered, light pinkish peach, diamond dusted daylily.  A radiant gold throat and peach stamens stand out from the center of the broad, rounded, 5" flowers that open flat for best display.  Slender but strong, top branched scapes top the clump in late midseason.

This is a very durable, vigorous selection that continues to stand tall in summer thunderstorms and inclement weather.

Dormant diploid.

This is considered a premium daylily, which means that it has been selected as highly performing plant with exceptional bloom performance, substantive, vibrantly colored flowers, complete winter hardiness in northern zones, and a vigorous habit.

Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
