'Noble Native' is a variegated version of the east coast native sedge Carex laxiculmis. This variety has narrow, arching leaves with creamy white variegation, creating a beautiful contrast against the blue-green base color. The variegation is most noticeable in the early stages of growth. This variety adds a unique touch to shaded garden areas with its elegant foliage and low-maintenance nature. The compact habit is perfect for use along the front of the border or edging pathways. Carex laxiculmis is deer resistant and generally free from serious disease or pest issues.
