Heuchera 'Blackout' PP20613

Common Name: Coral Bells

Similar to 'Obsidian', this hybrid has very glossy, near-jet black leaves with perfectly rounded lobes. It forms a tight, compact mound that looks great as edging or in containers and produces cream colored flowers. 'Blackout' was hybridized by Dirk Scheys of Belgium.

Coral bells are easy to grow and blend easily with most other perennials in the landscape. Because of their low, mounding habit, they are often used as edging along paths or in containers. Try cutting a few of the tall flower scapes for fresh bouquets.
