Hemerocallis 'Majestic Move'

Common Name: Daylily

Very large 6” flowers with a majestic form are produced on candelabra branched scapes in midseason followed by a rebloom later in the summer.

The bright yellow self is comprised of very broad, thick tepals which open wide and flat, making the flowers appear even larger.  Extraordinary flowing ruffles edge each gold dusted petal.

This daylily is officially classified as a yellow-pink blend and at just the right angle you can detect a hint of pink on the petals.  From a distance though, this is a yellow daylily.

Each majestic flower begins to open the night before and then remains open for at least 16 hours.

This is considered a premium daylily, which means that it has been selected as highly performing plant with exceptional bloom performance, substantive, vibrantly colored flowers, complete winter hardiness in northern zones, and a vigorous habit.

Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
