The BOUQUET PERFECT™ series of Primrose expands the offerings of spring blooming and shade plants from Proven Winners® Perennials. The well-rounded habits of this series appear like the top of a beautiful flower bouquet, whether planted in the ground or a container. The large, clean flowers of this series will delight gardeners and growers alike with early bloom. Sterile flowers result in plants that are particularly long blooming.

The BOUQUET PERFECT™ Mix contains six varieties, totaling 72 plants. Each tray is intended to be an even mix with twelve plants of six varieties. In the event of shortages, substitutions may be made to ensure a full tray, including doubling up of varieties. Individual labels will be sent for each Primula variety, as opposed to a generic label for the mix.

Primroses will produce dazzling flowers each spring if they are well-maintained. They should be planted in areas where they will have consistent moisture but their shallow roots will not dry out. Plants will go dormant in hot, dry summer weather unless they are kept well-watered. Though they are fully hardy in the North, primroses need protective insulation such as snow cover in the late winter months so they are not lost to late hard freezes.
